About the Owner
Shannon Riordan, CMO (Chief Magic Officer)
Shannon started the agency in 2017 out of the perfect combination of entrepreneurial and Disney passion! She and her team of 9 amazing agents have won numerous awards and accolades for their performance and service in the travel industry.
From a very young age I have had an affinity for all things Disney®. My response to the Kindergarten project, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” was Minnie Mouse. I think I came pretty close to fulfilling my childhood dreams by operating my own Disney travel agency and becoming a travel agent specializing in Disney destinations.
My background is in business and entrepreneurship. I completed the Disney College Program internship while in my undergraduate program which taught me about all things Disney® but also professionalism, customer service, and what it means to make magic for guests. I’m here to help you experience your dream vacation — and maybe fall in love with Disney as much as I do with each vacation! I love travel, but even more, I love Disney travel. Nothing compares to the magic, customer service, and attention to detail and storytelling like Disney.
Over the years I’ve visited Walt Disney World® Resort over 37 times (not counting weekly visits while employed as a Walt Disney World® Cast Member during my college internship), Disneyland® Resort 5 times, Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawai'i, voyaged 6 times on the Disney Cruise Line, and I have even been to Hong Kong Disneyland. Chances are — I’ve stayed there, ridden that, eaten here, and bought the Minnie ears!
Being a full-time working mom I know every minute and memory counts.
