Hi! My name is Colleen and I am so excited to support your family and create the most magical memories on your next Disney or cruise vacation. I am a proud mom of two boys who love all things Disney. I became a certified travel agent after seeing the wonder in my boy’s eyes as they wandered down Main Street U.S.A. for the first time, and knowing that I could help other families in making their own memories.

I have visited the Walt Disney World resort over 40 times, and the most magical place on earth has become a second home for my family. I am currently located in the suburbs of Chicago, IL, but previously worked as an Guest Education Coordinator at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. During that time, I familiarized myself with all parks and attractions, resorts, dining, special experiences, and transportation. Additionally, I have visited the Disneyland Resort, Aulani Resort and Spa, and Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. I also have expertise in RunDisney and have completed (almost) every course offered, from 5k to full marathon races. I have traveled on over 25 cruises on Royal Caribbean, Princess, and Celebrity cruise lines, and would love to plan your ultimate voyage (with or without the kids). As your vacation planner, I am available to offer insider knowledge, family travel tips, and personalized recommendations to maximize your vacation experience.

My speciality is creating magical vacations for families with young children, but also love a good adults only trip. I know that every vacation should be as unique as the family who will be enjoying it, so I customize every detail to fit your ideals, needs, and budget.
